Nice Topcon CTS-2B Total Station, with case, 2 batteries, charger, and a small tool kit. This tool works well (amazing optics and precision movement – incredibly well built). All the adjustments work fine, and the batteries that take about a half hour to charge, give around 20 hours of continuous use each. I am not a surveyor, but purchased this tool at an estate sale about a year ago. It is obviously capable of doing much more than the general construction grading that I would use it for.
The TC500 is very easy to use and can be used for most survey and engineering applications.The instrument comes complete with a battery.

This unit was purchased for a “Proof of Concept” project and was never installed on a boat or in a salt water environment (although that is what it is designed for).
